Georgina is an Associate with over 20 years of experience in consultancy, working for landowners, developers and housebuilder clients, securing residential and mixed use planning permissions across a range of small and large greenfield and previously developed sites.
Her expertise include involvement in all stages of the planning process including preparation and submission of planning applications, negotiation with Local Planning Authorities, preparation of representations to Policy documents and Site Appraisals.
Georgina is a recognised Town Planner in the South West having managed many project consultant teams to secure numerous planning permissions for development in rural and urban locations.
