This hillside residential scheme will provide around 500 new family homes and a new primary school to the towns of Northam and Westward Ho!. The design takes a landscape-led approach in response to the sensitivity of the site, integrating existing hedgerows and drainage features and introducing woodlands, swale systems, parks, cycle routes, play areas and public squares.
