A high profile planning application on the edge of Cheltenham, Origin3 prepared and negotiated at detailed application for 377 dwellings with associated access and landscaping. Key issues for the scheme included requirements for a comprehensive approach to be demonstrated in respect of masterplanning and infrastructure delivery for a wider urban extension. The application required a high level of stakeholder consultation and the parallel promotion of the site through the emerging Joint Core Strategy. A resolution to grant planning permission was secured in September 2015.
