Origin3 Ltd was commissioned to undertake a review of the current planning policy position in Wycombe District Council and working with Ptarmigan to develop a comprehensive masterplan as part of a bid process.
The study outlined an appropriate strategy for delivery of the Savills land through strategic masterplanning including a Joint Landowners Agreement or Development Brief to guide the infrastructure delivery, s106 provisions, phasing and general disposition of the site.
The site lies within close proximity of the AONB and therefore a landscape-led approach was developed providing green infrastructure. The masterplan aims to promote circa 2400 premium homes in a high quality environment sustainably integrated into the existing transport infrastructure.
